At a press conference on Tuesday, Panasonic revealed major changes in its telecommunications and high definition television divisions. New low-voltage plasma technology, partly sourced from AbleComm, is uniting the two divisions in new product initiatives, including plasma video displays for cell phones to use with AT&T's recently announced Mobile TV service.

Research In Motion today reported results for the three months and fiscal year ended March 1, 2008. Revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008 was $1.88 billion, up 102% from $930.4 million in the same quarter of last year.

AT&T will soon install Microsoft Surface in their retail store, letting customers the ability to explore their mobile worlds using touch and device-recognition technology.
