yaaa i know! my software got damaged now i can not use my camera and my device is soooo slow can anyone help me give me any website to download the new software….

screen blank sometimes, the phone has no set procedure it sometimes comes on fine its 50/50,i tried everything to fix this phone ,soft reset, hard reset, firmware, software i agree it has always been a problem phone can sometimes take ten minutes to get access to a incoming text, i believe it all comes back to the software, i finally gave up and put it into a repair shop and he said its the software needs re-installed properly, wiill keep you updated when i get the phone back
