Businesses can stay connected to their corporate e-mail using their everyday wireless phones with RemoSync, the newest e-mail application available to Verizon Wireless customers. Available on select Get It Now-capable phones, RemoSync allows customers who use Microsoft Exchange Servers for their businesses to manage their e-mail, calendar and contacts in real-time on their phones. The Direct Push Technology allows customers to automatically view their e-mail when they launch the application on their phones.

Can you tell me more about how it works? What kind of notification do you get when an email comes in? Does the app have to be running in the background all the time to get instant pushes?

  3. Matt E says:

I can tell you that it doesn’t work with the Dare.

I just downloaded and installed the app on my LG Dare. Worked like a charm. Got contacts, email, calendar.
Now I don’t have to run that stupid PC monitor to push mail out.

    HI,

I have just downloaded remosync and are trying to get it to sync with my Exchange Server. Keep getting a “Please Check Password” error but its the correct password. I have reset my domain account with another password and tried it again but still no luck.

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks
    Bill
