Did your HTC Touch HD stop responding sometimes? HTC has just put up a new hot fix download on their support page to enhance the system response tme. According to the hot fix description, “Sometimes the screen stops responding for about 3 to 5 seconds when running an application that needs to use the stylus to click the screen repeatedly within a short time. For example, the windows built-in software like SMS, email, solitaire, etc.”
Note that the hot fix can only be applied to those Touch HD with ROM version less than 1.19.xxx.x. If you do a hard reset after applying the hot fix, you have to re-apply the hot fix again after the reset.
