While it is not sure if HTC is also rolling out in other countries today, HTC Taiwan has just released an ROM upgrade for its HTC Magic users. The ROM upgrade will upgrade your ROM to version 3.03.715.4, it comes with Android 1.5 (cupcake) and more importantly you will get the new HTC Sense UI on your HTC Magic.
