News from pocketpt has revealed a new pocket pc phones with dual cpu processor design. The S400 is said to be made by Ndrive, a company known for its GPS devices. It is not sure that how the dual cpu will work together, or they are designed for seperated task individually (for example one for handling GPS navigation and one for phones/windows mobile).

C’mon dudes, the Qualcomm 6280 isn’t an application processor but rather a communication processor.
Check out the XDA Atom launched a couple of years ago and you’ll find the same specs.
