Not much to go on here, except this screen grab that Boy Genius Report just pulled. Basically, that update that all those Motorola DROID users were expecting? It’s not coming. At least, it’s not coming today. In fact, the new release date is To Be Decided (TBD) at this point, with an expected announcement of the new roll-out “as soon as possible.” This is just not good news.

There isn’t any word on what the problem could be, but whispers are beginning to float around that it could have something to do with a bug that is screwing up the software update. So, that’s that. It’s not coming today. And, while we certainly hope that “as soon as possible” means tomorrow, we doubt it. We’ll keep you updated of any changes.

My first mobile broadband modem was quite disgusting because I didn’t quite understand how to use the data I had purchased. It just hit me like a thunder bolt when I saw a notification that I was out of data even before I was through with my first surf.
You usually can only purchase a set amount of data when getting a subscription for mobile broadband.
