i would never recomend this phone it sucks so bad! it randomly shuts off, freezes, takes forever to do every single thing, and now it says my message memory is full and i have no messages so i cant recieve or send any messages and this is a big problem for me.. and i have checked all the memory on my card and phone and i have alot left! can someone help me?

i have got to say that i hate the moto hint.
i have gone through two of them in three months and am about to go onto three; Thank you Altell.

It randomly shuts off, freezes, turns itself of EVERY SINGLE TIME i hit the “h” key when going through the contacts list. The phone never shows incoming calls, just new voice mails, the camera sucks.
Sending texts takes FOREVER.

I think the biggest problem as stated is the powering off on its own. not only does it drain the battery but it is so annoying when you are trying to do something.

Battery life is pretty bad, mine lasts about half a day on full battery then by night it is in the yellow. ( just from sitting there)

I have never dropped my phone, there is no cosmetic damage.
recall this stupid phone.

Don’t waste your dolla dolla on this crap. Hah. like i did.

THIS PHONE IS HORRIBLE.
I got this phone online from Alltel BEFORE they merged with Verizon, in February of this year.
Here is a list of my complaints, especially lately:

1. Sending texts takes a little while.
2. If you get more than one text at once, the phone freezes up and takes forever to get them.
3. Sometimes takes videos and it saves them, then later on says that the image was unable to be captured.
4. Sometimes randomly shuts off and turns on again, especially when you are doing more than one thing at a time on the phone.
5. When you press the “e”, “w”, or “n” key, the phone types in qwerty over and over into the text message box or internet subject box.
6. When you get more than 1-6 messages in your outbox, any incoming text messages are blank and you cannot see who they are from.

These are major issues, and I’m going to have to get a new phone, because Verizon can’t replace my phone (since I didn’t buy it from them and its prepaid), and there is no longer any Alltel stores in my area (they got shut down). Online Alltel won’t even let you on if you don’t have an area code that Alltel accepts.
THIS PHONE IS A LEMON. ITS A PIECE OF CRAP AND NEEDS TO BE RECALLED.
I’m very disappointed, and if I can avoid it, I will not be buying another phone from Motorola in my LIFE. Nor will I recommend it.

i do not recommend this phone. i got mine in jan. of this year and i had to get a new one in march because the keys on the top would not respond. about a month later it started to turn off by itself. it would turn itself so often that i brought it in and they gave me some update, but about 3 months ago it started turning off again by itself. and just this week my top half is becoming very loose and im thinking it will probably fall off.

I got this phone earlier this week. I thought it was a huge step up from the RAZR that I had the insurance company replace, but the battery died (pretty quickly) and now the phone won’t turn on or charge. I feel lucky because I have not loaded anything onto it because I could not get anything off of the RAZR when that phone randomly stopped working. I am not a fan of Motorola at the moment.

oh and as far as the battery goes u just have to know how to tune the battery. eg. only charge it when it dies and if u do charge it leave it off. avoid using the car charger unless absolutely necessary cuz the car and house charger have different voltage. and also after 300 charges it might be best to buy a new battery because after that it “is not up to motorolas standards”

if u set it down and it turns of its cuz the battery gets loose fold a small piece of paper and put it behind the battery (between the lid and the battery) and it’ll stop with the random shut off. for me the lag only occurs if im on web and the site hasnt finished loading. i would reccomend the phone. however i too can not use youtube on it i think you have to install flash on it

This phone is the worst phone ever the battery dies in less than one hour without calling.you can’t watch m.youtube or other videos but is video capable and it just shutdown for him self dont buy it if u get it for free well take it but be warn wait 3 weeks and you will be piss

wow. i got this phone in may. at first i LOVED it. now, my charger wont charge it. my moms charger wont charge it.. my sis’s charger wont charge it. i recommend not getting it. the apps are sweet. texting WAS a breeze. but….like all motorola phones (my dad has one that wont charge and shuts off on him) it sucks!
it was taking me 5 minutes to send a message, and then it would say message sending failed. i would try again…same results. i wish i knew this phone was junk before i got it….im getting a new phone. because my battery life is terrible….and it wont even turn on. soo….anyone recommend the LG Rythym?
I think thats the one im getting…

i’ve had it for about two months.. total piece of crap. it wont let me delete any of my outbox messages, and they are piling up like crazy. im at over 2000 and because of that the whole phone lags. It shuts off randomly, which im not too upset about because it turns back on in seconds. But being unable to delete my messages is really irritating. about 40% of the time my messages fail. This phone was great for the first few weeks, but now i’m ready to kill it. I am beyond irritated and extremely disappointed with Motorola. I do not suggest any one to get this phone. It’s horrible.
