this phone sucks…it does not allow you to save downloaded contents such as ringtones from funformobile…or anything else. do not buy waste of money. if so…no need to purchase web
you cannot save downloads with this phone. only way to get ringtones is through bluetooth…but you cant even bluetooth funformobile tones that other people downloaded (to their own phones.) point is the ZTE c78 is a waste of money no good features on this phone

I have this phone and it’s not bad. i wish it had a flash with the camera but most phones dont. Other then that i never have a problem storing ringtones and it’s a cute phone. If i change phones it’ll only be because i want a phone with a keyboard. nothing fancy but overall, not a bad choice.

Ok, I have had this phone for two months so there is NOTHING that anyone could say to make me think otherwise about this damn phone. This phone is wack. Yeah its cute, but the features suck. For the person who said most phones picture quality sucks is lying because I had alot of camera phones and the picture quality was great. The picture color turns green sometimes, when your on the web the phone turns off sometimes. You have the option to zoom but you can’t zoom in. You cant download and I’ll be damned if im paying 3 dollars for a tone off metro. My friend,me,my mom and my cousin all have the same phone with the same problems. I cant wait to trade this crap in for a better one. THIS PHONE SUCKS.
I to have this phone and i found how to download ringtones you have to go to funformobile.com find the song look at the thing that says the wap code, than go to wap.funformobile.com and enter the code i dont know how to save it the but as far as the zoom for the camera go to image size and down to anyone but the 640 and than u ca n zoom in and out…..i just got the phone and i like it. thats why i got it…and i’ll figure how to save the ringtones…and you can get other ringtones from people phones who downlooaded them from there i get them from my brother phone all the time in fact i get hius phone to downlaod the songs i want just until i figure how to save the songs….this phone is great

This phone is kinda crappy but cute i found out how to do the ringtones thing my friend has a recording thing on her phone and she records the songs i want and she sends them in a text i go to use highlight object go to save as a ringtone and then go to your menu then music & media then to my tunes then you will see it but you might not have a friend that can do that but if you do i just thought it would be helpful to you if you did???

This phone is full of shi_. the picture quality sucks, whats the use of the mp3 feature if u have to go through so much bull to save a download. further, who wants a recorded download from someone elses phone recording thats stupid. well i jus got da phone like dis past weeken and it is really cute but when i tried downloading a song it wouldnt let me save it and it wouldnt let me bluetooth songs from my mother and sister phone, both of them have samsungs with metro but my sis was able to send them to me through txt message and it was all gud and i was able to bluetooth songs from my aunt phone who has da LG Shine also my friends who have samsung with metro couldnt bluetooth songs to me but i could to them dat was kinda strange otha than dat i like da phone cus as long as i have ringtones its all gud i can live without da bluetooth and da camera cus i have a digital camera……..So i like da lil cheap phone

i have had this fone for a month nd 1/2…
and i my bluetooth works fine nd i hate it so much when the camera turns yellow or green!!!!!! and i changed the image size so i can zoom in nd out now thnx that helpd..but my biggest problem with this fone is saveing dwnloaded ringtones i can get them from n/e were else bt the internet on my fone i hate that i wish i knew away to save them… nd i hate that the fone turns off sumtimes when i put it down sumtimes… bt overall its a ok fone..if i could jus find out how to save downloaded ringtones!!!!!

OKAY, This phone gets so annoying sometimes. I had it for like 2 month and i haven’t do anything to it much Just calls and Text. but this Phone Turns White and BALNK on me. Like all You can see it a white screen sometime. I have to Try and turn my phone off just so it can go back to my menu screen Or whatever you call that screen part. Then What i hate the most is that when you turn it back on agian after it turns white on you, SOmetimes it won’t even go to the main scree. it would usally Turn back white again or it gets Frozen. I turn it off over and over again. I Sometimes have to Pull the batteries Out a couple of times.
How should i go get it fixed?
help im having the same problem like you and then wen it freze up i take da battery out as well i called and asked metro pcs to reset my ohn it didnt work and some how all my contacts and pic and ringtones and messages got erased so im going to metro pcs today and i tell you wat i hear!!!!!! and this is crazy
Download real ringtones by sending them to your metro pcs e-mail, (yournumber@metropcs.com) That works for me, besides using bluetooth.

CRAP. Okay the phone is cute and for what they say it “can do”, I bought it. NOT. I am able to get ringtones as attachmates but some the phone receives and others it doesn’t. I can’t download things using wap because that the web browser hardley ever works. If you set the phone down to hard on a surface it turns itself off then back on which is a pain…(I hate that hello, hello, hello BS).
I contacted ZTE via email regarding being told I could upload ringtones from my PC to the phone but never found any info on it in the manual or online. The company informed me that I can either pay for it @metro or use a Bluetooth device.
I think the phone is cute and I like it outside of the many issues but I still feel cheated by the way it was advertised!
Oh, I use mytinyphone.com to get free ringtones but again some ringtones won’t go to the phone so its hit or miss.
I sat on this stupid phone (and no i’m not very heavy). When I went to use it all the contact, messages and other information was gone. Headed to Metro PCS today. I just cannot belive all the information could be erased so easily.. Phone sucks it’s too easy to break.

honeslty at first i hated the phone buht yhu should be happy that yhu actually have a phone that allows yhu to text and call unlimited.
i have free web surfing so i can go on myspace and everything else. and i can download ringtones AND save them. i just got this fone yesturday and ive already figured out everything i need . as for the picture. yea it cann be very crappy buht what i do is take a picture of another picture and that works great for me.
so idk why you guys are all whining about it. i bet yhu havent even made an effort to even try different things to see what works for you.

man how do i get songs download to my mp3 player i got the memory card and everything i cant figure this out i put songs on it and everything the chip that is but it keep saying create a playlist then i prees yes and then it goes to allmusic artist album and genre but when i go in one of them theres just a blank screen and the only button it let me press is return witch sends me back to the allmusic artist album and genre screen i need sumone two tell me the process to get my mp3 player workin properly cuz im threw trying to download and save songs straight form my phone i just got this damn thing and i wonna throw it cuz with out my music itz just a phone and i payed for a mp3 and a phone

ya i have this fone. and all of u that r saying that its not good or the only way to get ringtones is via bluetooth…ur wronge. yes u cant get ringtones from funformobile but you can get ringtones from someone. if someone sends u a message with picture that u wanna use a s a wallpaper or a song u want as a ringtone just go look at the message press browse then press options use hilited object. this fone isnt that bad.

if you want to download ringtones, it’s easy. do what i do make it easy on you and choose the pc download from myxer or funformobile when u pick your ringtone. i suggest myxer becasue you can choose what part you want and you can recieve longer ringtones. after you download the ringtone to a computer, you send yourself an email to your phone. your number@mymetropcs.com you send the ringtone as an attachment. once you get a picture message you save the sound.

Tphone rocks the way to download ringtones is from mytinyphone.com you look for the ringtone you want then send it as an attachment then once you get it you browse then save as somthing i forgot its so awesome and you could also make your own rigntones from it
