The first glimpse of the LG VX8600 flip phone was first seen at CommunicAsia 2006 under the name LG KG81- Chocolate Phone. We later saw post a couple of really blurry images, and thanks to LG, the specs and really clear images have emerged. The VX8600 is heading over to Verizon for sure, but when will it be available is still a mystery. If I get a buck for everyone time I get asked when the Chocolate flip phone is out, I can quit blogging for a couple of months. Unlike the LG KG810, the US version cruises on a CDMA network - enjoying the high speed EV-DO from Verizon. It supports stereo Bluetooth, has 1.3-megapixel camera, a microSD expansion slot, external music controls for the MP3 player, a screen resolution of 176x220 and an external screen of 128x128 pixels.
