We managed to get a standard external keyboard working with the iPhone under OS 2.0 with no jailbreaking. Check it out:

Am DYING to get an external keyboard, of normalish proportions, for my iphone.

i don’t think that they have started supporting it YET! the website wear you can pre-order the boards said that they wouldn’t be sent out until apple sent out the update for bluetooth support!

when did the iPhone start to support bluetooth keyboards? last I checked they don’t support the HID profile for bluetooth.
