		<description>I lucked on this thread and its clear the discussants are experts. How about doing something for the novice like me: a link to an article that presents the VoIP discussion as succintly as you guys have been here?
For the record, I think its great technology - one I use everyday actually on voice calls and Ihave been intrigued by the potentials for integration. I have always wondered why  ALL networks are not VoIP given the huge service it gives to the end-user.
