iPhone Won’t Be Available Via T-Mobile in Near Future
According to TmoNews, T-Mobile unlikely to sales iPhone in the near future. For what they hear, T-Mobile is using the 1700Mhz 3G band which a major complication to sales the iPhone.
T-Mobile CEO, Philip Humm explained “We’re not part of the chipset today. But we have chipsets which support 5 or up to 10 spectrum bands in the market, so we should expect there will be more degrees of freedom going forward … and so the chances will rise.” But Humm didn’t stop there, as he added T-Mobile is planning to fight iPhone with Android.
They have prepared several devices to work out those plans. To fight a 3G iPhone they will used 4G Android, and for the 3G iPad they have the 4G LG G-Slate.
