At the WWDC 2009 event, the cpu specs for the iPhone 3G S was not revealed in detail although it is said to have a improved speed compare to iPhone 3G. T-Mobile Netherlands has accidentally put up the CPU info on its website, stating a 600MHz processor with 256MB RAM.

Both the first iPhone and iPhone 3G powered by a 412MHz cpu and only have a 128MB RAM. The new iPhone 3Gs will be available in 2 version. It will be sold in US (AT&T), Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and UK from June 19th, with 16GB version priced at $199 and 32GB version priced at $299.
