If you are having the same problems described below, new hot fixes are now available from HTC for your Touch HD. The first hot fix will fix a display flicker problem at the title bar in the TouchFLO 3D. In some circumstances, you may experience a frequent flickering of the title bar in TouchFLO 3D. 

The second hot fix has improved the on-screen slider feature for answering calls. If you find it hard to answer the phone by using the on-screen slider sometimes, you can download the hotfix to solve the problem.
