HTC EVO Shift 4G Unboxing and Hands-On By SlashGear

The folks from SlashGear has managed to get their hands on the HTC EVO Shift 4G. The device is known to be the cousin of HTC EVO but with full QWERTY keyboard, smaller screen, and also 4G for Sprint’s WiMax Network. The device was claim as “not the next generation of EVO, but a 4G evolution for the masses.”

The device will features a 3.6-inch touchscreen and a full-slide QWERTY keyboard. The whole Shift is concentrate on its keyboard and according to folks from SlashGear, its one of the best mid-range consumer keyboards. Its also runs with Froyo and a new 800MHz processor, while providing the EVO like speed except in a smaller device. The device will cost $149.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate and 2-year activation with Sprint. This indicates the device is the cheapest 4G device on its launch.
