Loading ...First heard as early as one year ago, the HTC Census revisit the FCC approval for Harris. Not for consumer though, the windows mobile smartphone will support EVDO and WiFi connection to send/receive data with no voice call capability.
According to a recent article on popsci , numbers of technical problems have caused the Census project to be terminated which suppose to go live on 2010.
