The “concierge” can help place the calls, contact emergency personnel, and locate the nearest hospital if needed. The services provided on the ChitterChatter include being able to upload your medical records onto the network, when faced with an emergency your medical records can be emailed or faxed by the time the patient reaches the hospital. You can access the concierge from your ChitterChatter phone as well as any landline phone.
