Google Ignore Android Bug Which Sends SMS messages to Random Recepients

A report comes from ZDNet blog stating that Hardware 2.0, Android is contaminated with bug that apparently ignore by Google. The bug causes SMS messages to be send to the wrong recipient and occurrences appears random.

The bug was first reported on June, 2010 which means its been six months since the problem has occurred. The report that was reported is as the following.

* Send SMS message to RecipientA.
* Message appears to be successfully sent to RecipientA.
* RecipientX receives message.
* ‘View Message Details’ in RecipientA thread, shows ‘To’ field as being RecipientX’s MSISDN (phone number).

This report also supported by many thread comments under it.
