Garmin Asus A10 Android Smartphone Optimized for Pedestrian Navigation

Not only for car GPS navigation, Garmin-Asus has optimized its upcoming A10 Android smartphone for all pedestrian. The A10 comes with 3.2-inch HVGA touch screen, digital compass, 5 megapixel camera and support multitouch. Same as its other GPS focused smartphone, maps data are pre-loaded in the retail package so that you can use it without an active internet connection. Optional cityXplorer maps are also supported for planning routes with public transport,  though the company did not say if it needs extra cost.

The A10 is planned to be available in mid-2010 (in next 2 months?), it will reach Europe and Asia-Pacific during its initial launch.
