Siemens has a mobile phone with laser projection. The virtual screen can display information, though it is only single color at the mean time. The mobile phone comes with a special "pen" for you to write on the virtual screen. According to Gizmodo, siemens' engineer are planning to have a colorful virtual screen in the future.
