The Sendo X available in UK

The Sendo X smartphone is with us! It was finally launched in the UK yesterday, after a long delay. The Sendo X is a tri-band GSM/GPRS Class 8 phone running Symbian OS / Series 60 with Sendo enhancements. Talk time is 4-7 hours and standby time 100-170 hours, according to Sendo. The 16-bit TFT screen measures 176 by 220 pixels, the processor is a 120MHz ARM unit with 64MB of RAM (32MB available), it plays MP3s and polyphonic ring tones, it synchronises PIM and email data with your PC, and does SMS, MMS and email (IMAP, POP3 and SMTP). It’ll even view a variety of PC document formats (Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, ZIP and others) and has built-in Bluetooth, infrared and USB connectivity.


The Send X has a built-in digital camera (with flash) that can record video clips up to half an hour in length. It is unique unlike others because it has built-in photo editing software so you can tweak your cameraphone photos before you send them off.

Sendo X is due in mid-December, pricing and network operators to be announced.

where is it available ? what shop ? or did U already had too many xmas drinks already ?

Does anyone actually know when this phone is actually going to be sold in the UK? Personally, I dont count a press release as the release of the phone as i still cant buy it!!

The best I can tell you is that shopforphones.co.uk was also expecting to have this device in Q4 2003. However, that expected date has come and gone...perhaps there may never be a Sendo X.

You might go looking for outlook express repair and recovery outlook express email. I have been using it without problem since it came out.
