Samsung's 3D game phones SCH-G100 was just announced in Korea 3 months back. The model has already built in 1 million polygon/second graphic accelerator chip. A new scretch design of its next version G200 is said to have a big 2.5" LCD screen and a high 3.2 megapixel camera.
