E-TEN M600 Upgraded to M600+

E-TEN Information Systems has announced that it will launch an updated version of its popular M600 Pocket PC Phone at Computex Taipei 2006. The design is the same as M600. Its ROM memory is upgraded to 256MB, and the camera is now a 2.0 megapixel camera. Read press release here. [details]
