While there are lots of copy cat from China phone manufacturer, they are also try their best on creating phone with unique design. From the first look of the picture below, you will never know that it will surprise you as a watch phone.
The Cool series has done quite a few watch phone for China market, this Cool G108 is one of their latest work. Using a RAZR style keypad in a ring layout, the G108 is a “clamshell” watch phone with a 1.5-inch display screen inside. The display screen can display 256k colors at a 128 x 60 pixel resolution. It isn’t a small size to wear it, but together with the clamshell design it allows the manufacturer to include more features like bluetooth receiver and 1.3 megapixel camera into the phone body. You can either use the speakerphone, or a bluetooth headset to make/receive phone calls. Check out the list of the specifications below:

This is pretty ugly. However, I like the concept very much. I could see myself with a blue-tooth enabled watch phone for nothing but phone calls, then an iPod touch-like device for all my mobile Web needs.

I just bought this last week on ebay and I love it! It’s obviously subjective (to those of you who have already said it’s crap). Different strokes for different folks, but I have never been able to give up my RAZR V3 before this.
Call quality’s great reception-wise. The actual speaker needs to be set on Speakerphone (which you can do from the call screen like a V3 etc), but best results are with bluetooth. Camera’s pretty good for the size (same as my old V3) and the screen is bright and colourful.
One thing about the size. The diameter’s okay (no bigger than some fashion watches), but the thickness is more like those outdoors watches with rubberised casing covers. As long as you know that ahead of time, everything else will be pretty much as expected (eg. manual makes little sense, but intuitive menu compensates for that).

I actually helped myself for one of those. Great little device. It might be a bit bulky for wrist wearing, but it’s absolutely great as a pocket watch.. The clamshell design and the fact that you can detach it from the wristband make it really great. It plays MP3 just fine, the included earphones are of a higher quality than usual. I had some problems with the included bluetooth headset, the phone software doesn’t like to channel speech via bluetooth and crashes.
It’s a genuine quadband device, but sometimes it’s set to dual band mode in the wrong GSM bands. I had to use the engineering mode to alleviate that. The engineering code is

…should you ever encounter any problems.
As a side note, that device should be interesting for military people who search for a service cellphone. It has no problem connecting to any GSM network if you provide the correct network code with a matching SIM.

Yes, i know the watch phones from TEDACOS, i use the metal model RJMETGSM and RJX2GSM with dual sim cards, you can get more information only search in google the named Tedacos!

I think the principle is great. The outside is ugly, but under the lid it is cool looking. Be great to see the next few ranges of these as they get streamlined.
