Sony Ericsson introduced its communicator called Aspen, an eco-friendly Windows Mobile smartphone –is made from recycled plastics and consumes less energy. Initially known as Faith, it also integrates a 2.4-inch touch screen display, built-in QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and high-speed HSDPA Internet.

Motorola launched their Android-based Motorola ME600 a.k.a the Backflip in China recently. The unlocked version will be sold directly by Motorola China for about 4,298 Chinese Yuan (US $629). The company’s third Android mobile device launched at the CES boasts a 320 x 480 pixels capacitive touchscreen and a full QWERTY physical keyboard.
