Vizio to produce an Android-powered smartphone

Flat-screen TV maker Vizio has confirmed that they will produce an Android-powered smartphone and tablet. Its first mobile phone, to be called the Via Phone and larger mobile device, the Via Tablet, will run Google’s Android operating system. Both devices will be introduced this summer and sold through Wal-Mart and Costco stores.

AT&T to announce Motorola Olympus at CES 2011?
