AT&T Quickfire First Impression on SlashGear

SlashGear has got the AT&T Quickfire and posted their first impression on the QWERTY messaging phone. “The resistive touchscreen seems responsive, with large – if a little bland – icons; it’s larger than that of the Sidekick, by 0.2-inches, but lower resolution at 320 x 240 versus 400 x 240.  Still, it was clear enough to keep IM conversations going, and the fact that you can touch it to navigate (rather than use a D-pad or trackball) keeps things moving quickly.” Read the full first impression on SlashGear after the jump!

firstly i have to say this phone is geared at a much younger audeince . teenagers that love to text … i am an adult that loves to text and i thought i could get away with a cheaper phone than the HTC’s that i am used to
so secondly here is my opinion

    this phone is horrible

    it is not user friendly
the touchscreen is NOT responsive ..
the qwerty keyboard is awesome i have to admit it was the best part of the device ..
at%t good try … but lets try again …

i love this phone. i have had it for about only 3months but i still think it is an awsome phone for teens who like 2 txt and use a touch screen. the touch screen sometimes can be off or non responsive but its not like one of those phones u put in ur pocket and u dial someones # or go into a program by brushing it. it can only work if u touch it. the QWERTY keybored is amazing and has alot of good features to it. over all my recomendation…get the phone. u wont regret it. coming from a teenager
