Google has officially announced the launches of Android Market with its first Android-powered phone-the T-Mobile G1. With Android Market, users can easily download apps to their Android-powered phone. Users can also rate the apps they’ve downloaded and leave comments.

For Android application developer, you can start to register and pay a one time $25 application fee starting next Monday. You will then able to upload your Android applications to Android Market. Although only free applications are allowed for now, developers can start to distribute paid applications from early Q1 2009. According to Google, developers will get 70% of the revenue from each purchase; the remaining amount goes to carriers and billing settlement fees-Google does not take a percentage.
