Competetively priced and equipped at EUR 80, the Nokia 2730 classic is Nokia’s most affordable 3G phone offering faster access to the internet and a richer browsing experience. Together with the Nokia 2720 fold and Nokia 7020, all of them will work with Nokia’s range of emerging market services such as Nokia Life Tools and Ovi Mail, creating solutions that help people get ahead. The Nokia 2730 classic is expected to start shipping in the third quarter of 2009.

Featuring a 2 megapixel camera, the 3G candybar has a 2-inch QVGA display screen, built in bluetooth and Stereo FM radio. It is offering up to 17 days standby time and 3.3 hours talk time with the changeable battery.

    Which OS? S40 or S60?

It’d be nice to see a cheap (non N/E series) Nokia phone with 3G, wifi, and S60 … so I could run Joikuspot on it, and just use it as a Mifi :-)

This is very cheap. who need only to talk is good one.

The phone is utterly useless as it doesn’t support making or receiving 3g video calls even though it’s equipped with 3G technology
