Since last September there are reports of new Acer smartphones announcing in Q1 this year.  Said to be first targeting Western Europe and Russia smartphone market after the new product launches, Acer has sent out the media invitation for the press conference on February 16th.

It is not sure that if Acer will be announcing smartphone only for Windows Mobile platform, which the company has done it before, we will still hoping to see a possibility of Android smartphone from the company.
