While you read the new announcement from HTC last week, here is another un-announced pocket pc phone listed in FCC. The pocket pc phone has a code name Gene with a model name P3400

HTC P3400 is now available on FCC approval list. It is a global phone offering quad-band GSM/GPRS international roaming, plus Bluetooth 2.0. Although it is said to be running Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0, the final version might be upgraded to the latest Windows Mobile.

Specifications for HTC P3400:

  • Network: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz
  • Size: 109 x 58 x 17.65 mm
  • Weight: 126 grams
  • 2.8" touch display with QVGA (240x320 pixels) resolution
  • TI OMAP 850 CPU running at 201 MHz

  • 2 Megapixel camera
  • Bluetooth 2.0
  • HTC ExtUSB socket
  • Up to 5 hours talk time
