This is manufactured by High Tech Computer (HTC), in China and Taiwan. Dopod 818 is also known as Qtek S100, i-mate JAM. Dopod Communication announced the availability of its second PDA-phone model, the Dopod 818, in Taiwan yesterday.

The Dopod 818 runs under Windows Mobile for Pocket PC and has a 2.8-inch 65,536-color TFT display and a built-in 1.3-megapixel digital camera. The model is priced at NT$22,900 (US$694).

In addition to PDA phones, the company has launched two Dopod-branded smartphones, the 565 in August and the 575 earlier this month.
