With a multi-coloured LED array and voice-monitoring technology, Panasonic's latest cellphone can visually display your mood This is Panasonic's P702iD, the first from the company to feature "Feel Talk" that analyses your voice, decides from tone and speech patterns just how happy, stressed or angry you are, then illustrates that with a multi-coloured LED array on the front. Panasonic claim this is useful to decipher your mood during conversations, although I'm thinking that you'd also have to carry a small mirror around with you so that you could also see the lights, so it's probably more useful to illustrate to passing census-takers and travelling salespeople whether you're safe to approach. Green, and you're likely to set up a direct-debit to an animal sanctuary; red, and you'll probably rip out their throat and stamp on it.
The P702iD also has an audio player, miniSD storage, 1.3-megapixel camera and supports Push-to-Talk. It comes in two designs and four colours.
