last week, The Boy Genius has got the Blackberry 8300 and posted photo of the device from every angle.

The author saw the GPS in the software option, however it looks like the GPS hardware is not built in. Even the expected WiFi somehow isn't there on his unit. The memory storage space can be expanded through microSD card slot, and it has a 2 megapixel camera with a flash module.

There is also report that the 8300 will comes in 3 version

  • 8300 (Camera, no WiFi, no GPS)
  • 8320 (Camera, WiFi)
  • 83xx (Camera, WiFi, GPS)
