Starting with the new and sleek looking M550 and S300, it will gradually introduce other models from the range. The "Sendo M550" is a small and light, clamshell phone that offers polyphonic ring tones, GPRS, colour EMS and colour multiplayer games. It is the first phone in the new Sendo 2003 feature phone range offering GPRS, a network dependent feature. It is positioned as a very stylish and affordable colour clamshell, with clean simple lines and a distinctive deep colour bezel, which will make it a must have product for the fashion conscious.

The phone gives an estimated 180 to 400 hours of standby time and up to 120 to 300 minutes of talk time. Designed for the fashion conscious consumer, the M550 comes in a variety of colours. It has a bright coloured, customisable inner screen with themes that can be changed to suit the mood of the user.

The phone has a dynamic memory for up to 500 phone book entries and space for additional downloads a WAP 1.2.1 colour browser and concatenated SMS. With colour EMS, the M550 also provides the ability to share compatible colour images, logos and screensavers. The M550 also has an integrated antenna.

The phone has a very easy-to-use interface, animated graphics and sounds, an alarm clock, SMS and chat.
