Alltel Wireless makes waves this summer with the introduction of The Wave by LG. The phone includes a 1.3 MP camera with video capabilities, MP3 player with external controls, expandable memory slot, Bluetooth technology and is GPS capable. It also comes preloaded with Alltel Axcess features such as Axcess TV and Axcess Search. Customers can also download games, ringtones and more via Alltel's Axcess Shop.

The Wave provides customers the ability to personalize their phone with features such as Jump Music, free software that enables customers to transfer music files from their personal computers, and Celltop, a patent-pending technology that offers customers an easier way to access, manage and organize a wide range of information.

The Wave is available for $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate. This discounted price is for new customers on two-year service agreements, as well as existing eligible customers on qualifying rate plans.
