LG unveiled yesterday 2 new HSDPA phones in Korea which support up to 3.6 Mbps data connection. The new LG-KH1400 is a HSDPA phone and also able to receive DMB mobile TV. Its swivelable LCD display screen design let you change the screen position to watch the mobile TV in a better way. If you are not satisfied with the 2" LCD screen, the TV out socket will definitely fit your needs. Another new model LG-SH130 do not have the DMB capability, but also supports HSDPA connection for 3G global roaming. See phone photos here.
