Just not too long since their last released of chocolate phone KG320, LG has launched the successor of the KG320 in Europe. The model KE820 is also a chocolate bar design with a slim body. The 9.9mm thickness of the KE820, is 0.9mm more than the KG320. The phone is definitely a competitor of Samsung SGH-P310, both share the similar design and size.

LG KE820 has a 2 megapizel camera, able to produce up to 1600 x 1200 pixels resolution, the camera module can even support auto focus, a must have feature to take clearer photo. As for its display screen, the phone use a 2" 256k colors TFT screen with a resolution of 144 x 176 pixels. The LG KE820 support 64 polyphonic and you can use the mp3 clips as ringtone. With a body size of 95 x 52 x 9.9 mm, it is nice to see a built in bluetooth module with A2DP supported. The A2DP via bluetooth allows you to use the music player with your stereo bluetooth headset. File transfer between the phone and pc works nicely through the USB connection. You can fill up the 128MB built in memory before you need a microSD memory card.

When you look back to the first slim phone Motorola V3, the technology has improved so much that more features can be packed in to a slim phone, could we a break through on the battery life?
