A Cingular version of Nokia N75 got approved and awaiting for official release.

Nokia N75 is a clamsheel music phone which is announced in September. It is scheduled to be released in Q4 this year, the FCC approval looks on par with the released date. Similar to LG and Samsung music phone, media player can be activated or controlled through the buttons at the front so you won't need to open the clamshell for music navigation. The Nokia N75 support some Music and Video Services, which let you purchase music or videos over the air. Cingular has already announced their music service yesterday, the Nokia N75 should be the next phone compatible with the service. You can now download the user manual from the FCC.
