The Gigaset SL75 WLAN cordless phone from Siemens offers new ways to experience Internet communication. Broadband users with a WLAN router will take this wireless LAN Voice-over-IP handset beyond the house or garden and make Internet calls from any WLAN gateway with open access, without a running PC.

As well as making phone calls, the Gigaset SL75 WLAN permits communication using the instant messaging service (IM) functions. Instead of only notifying of incoming emails like the Gigaset S35 WLAN, the Gigaset SL75 WLAN’s complete email functionality allows emails to be sent and received with photo attachments. Now special moments can be captured on the integrated digital camera and shared instantly with family and friends anywhere in the world.

The Gigaset SL75 WLAN will be available from November 2005 in night grey for approximately EUR 299.
