There's a new pimpmiester in town folks; his name is Shawn da' Pimp and from an online retail store that sells overly priced phones.

I've always hated spam emails, and until now, I've come to hate something even more.  Idiots pimping out their phones.  I love phones (period).  So for this guy to go and "pimp" out the Treo 670 for $500 a week is sad.  I'm disclosing the emails for your reading pleasure.

How would you like to gain tons of more exposure to your site by being one of the first to do a review on the upcoming Treo 670? All the big sites like Engadget and Gizmodo would probably put a post to your site like they have done in the past to redirect traffic your way once you put it up.

Normally we do not offer phones on loan, we typically just give them out for a review and expect to get a banner link in the story redirecting traffic towards our site.

Unfortunately there is a problem with the Treo 670. Being as hot as a phone as it is we are not going to be able to accept any credit for this phone.
Therefore instead of a banner link we would like to stay anonymous, we would like to present you the option to take the phone on loan if your interested at $500 and be given a week to do a full review on the phone. This will help offset our cost of the phone in order to sell it since our cost price is dramatically high for being the first to obtain a Treo 670 with Windows Mobile 5.0.

My response.  So what you're asking is, we give you $500 and in return you give use the Treo 670 for a review?  If that's the case, it mighty expensive.
