Sony Ericsson today revealed a further addition to its growing portfolio of 3G UMTS products.

Building on the huge success of the V800 for Vodafone, the Z800 will be available in Q2.

Using Bluetooth, IrDA or a USB cable, consumers can quickly synchronize calendar, contacts and other data with their PC. There is also ample storage capacity for Java applications, e-mail, video clips, pictures or music. as the Z800 comes with a 64MB Memory Stick Duo and supports up to 1GB Memory Stick PRO Duo.

With the Z800, consumers can experience effortless high-quality mobile imaging. The 1.3 Megapixel Motion Eye rotating camera, which also has 4x digital zoom, can be started with just one press of the dedicated camera button. With a second press, an image is captured. It’s then ready to be sent off as e-mail, MMS or locally over Bluetooth, infrared or USB cable.

 Z800 also comes with stereo handsfree and supports MP3/AAC/M4A file formats. To give an extra powerful music experience, the Mega Bass can be switched on.
