First rumor in April, and now FCC approved... Photosensor detects ambient light.
The first Motorola iDEN/CDMA Dual Mode phone, IC502 has just got FCC approved. It was reported as a rumor back in April. Dual-mode capability allows you to make both Walkie-Talkie calls and traditional wireless phone calls. Walkie-Talkie calls include Walkie-Talkie, Group Walkie-Talkie, Talkgroup, and Direct Talk calls. 1900 MHz CDMA capability allows you to make and receive calls while on the Nationwide Sprint Network and to roam on other networks. The keypad got a photosensor to detects ambient light. If Photosensor is set to On, your phone measures the available light and determines if the keypad backlight needs to be turned on. You can download the manual here FCC via phonearena Pages (3): [1] 2 3 » ... Last » |
