While Korea and Japan nominating the high resolution camera in mobile phones, Taiwanese company has quietly announced a multimedia mobile phone with 3 megapixel camera module.

The company Yan Chuan Commucation is set up in early 2004. Most of the researcher are from BenQ. Their main products are X-cute mobile phones. X-cute V8 is their upcoming mobile phone with 1,670,000 colors screen and 3 megapixel camera module. It can record videos at 30 frames/sec with VGA resolution. Too bad there is no bluetooth or java support.
