Japan is the largest spender on mobile phone services, follow by Australia, Singapore and Korea. The ITU Telecom Asia Conference reported that Korean mobile phone holders spend an average of US$40.50 per month. Japanese mobile phone users topped the rating with US$66.60 per month, followed by Australians with US$45.2 and by Singaporeans with US$43.6. Source
