KT Corp., the country's largest fixed-line and broadband carrier, has been granted a license for its "One-Phone" services, allowing customers to use both fixed-line and mobile phones with one device, the Information and Communication Ministry said yesterday. Inbound fixed-line phone calls will transit automatically to the mobile handset when the user is inside the house or office. you need to subscribe to read the news, I did not subscribe to it either ... :p For my home in Malaysia, normaly my parent use the fixed line to pick up calls only and seldom make calls. It costs RM25 a month for the basic fee. In the other hand, it costs RM30 to subscribe to a mobile service line and you can receive calls for free in 3 months. |
