Engadget has few nice photos of the upcoming Samsung SGH-i530. It is powered by Palm OS and announced in the begining of this year. Also, no release date is available yet but it was shown on Samsung Olympic showcase in their website.

Network: GSM 900/1800
Dimension: 90 x 55 x 27.5mm
Weight: 145g
Display: 324 x 352 Pixels, 65K colors with external OLED display
CPU: Intel Xscale PXA 262 CPU (200 MHz) processor
Memory: 32 MB DRAM / 32 MB ROM
Storage: SD Card

It has a 1 MegaPixel built-in camera, support GPRS and Java. In my opinion the memory should be upgraded when it is launched to compete with other smartphones.
