Treo 680 image has also been found on palmgear website yesterday. The Treo 680 is made for Cingular, rather a low cost smartphone than an upgrade of Treo 650. It comes with a VGA camera, bluetooth, 64MB memory and roughly the same design as Treo 750/650. Palm OS Garnet is the OS of Treo 680, while Treo 750 is running Windows Mobile OS. Palm user might jump over to windows based Treo 750 due to the lack of 3G support in this new palm smartphone.
