ce4arab has posted a review on the upcoming I-Mate Ultimate 8150, one of the pocket pc phone from the Ultimate series. The whole Ultimate series comes with a standard specifications. They are different in terms of body and keypad design. Each device in the Ultimate range has a Direct XGA Video Out.
