TechFaith Wireless is planningn to upgrade their UBiQUiO 501 smartphone with HSDPA and lastest windows mobile 6

With a slightly different design of the keyboard and buttons (more round shape). The UBiQUiO 503G support HSDPA connection and is using Intel Xscale 530Mhz cpu. No other information is available but expect to see the announcement coming April.
